Pure Pilates welcomes all ages and abilities to join Pauline Walsh and learn Pilates in her mat classes.
You will learn the basics of the technique including breathing, alignment and centering. You can use Pilates to enhance your own fitness regime or as a release from movement problems that may have been caused by poor posture injury or pain.

Enjoy working in a steady progressive way to build up strength and stamina before moving on to more challenging sequences, sometimes including various small equipment.
You will find movement more enjoyable and experience an increase in flexibility and strength.

Pauline teaches her clients to listen to their bodies and to become aware of how they move so that they can move in a more efficient and safe way. Sessions conclude with a relaxation element that will leave you refreshed and better able to cope with all that life has to offer.
