As well as the weekly classes,  I do a ‘one to one’ session every other week.   Pauline designs the one to ones  around my specific needs and under her careful guidance I am able to explore more exercises than in class. One to ones with Pauline are value for money because I get more out of my weekly classes and my progress would not have been as rapid without them.”
